It takes some serious dedication, flexibility, and multi-tasking to get fit and raise a family. But, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try. A healthy mom is one of the best gifts you can give your family. I am currently trying to make exercise a priority so I thought I’d share a few ideas that have worked for me.
