I have always been a planner. A few months after my husband and I got married, we decided to start trying for a baby. After trying for several months, I realized I couldn’t plan for everything. In November of 2015, we went to visit the OB after trying for a year to get pregnant with no luck. We were hoping for some answers but got few. He referred us to a fertility clinic. The very next week, I was preparing for an HSG (a procedure where they make sure your Fallopian tubes are clear), and the next month, we found out that I was pregnant. Jarod and I were so happy. However, our elation soon turned to tears when I miscarried a few weeks later. This was the hardest and most frustrating thing either of us had gone through.
