BINGHAMTON (WBNG) – T.J. Rivera played on the Binghamton Mets from 2014-2015 and this week returned as a member of the Harrisburg Senators. Rivera played a crucial role in the New York Mets run to the playoffs in 2016. The rookie at the time hit .333 in 33 games before the Mets lost in the wild card game. After a successful 2017 season, Rivera missed all of 2018 after undergoing Tommy John surgery.
