PAINESVILLE, Ohio (WTHR) - An Ohio man convicted of spray painting graffiti on a train car got a new painting job as part of a unique sentence. Avery White was found guilty of criminal mischief for his paint job on the train car, which is owned by a rail company. The judge in the case, known for less-than-conventional sentencing, gave White options to pay his debt to society.

To bad more judges are not like this judge. people would probably not be so quick to commit crimes that they see as minor offenses. I bet that if he sentenced murders to be target holders for the local police department, the murder rate would drop and the criminal would get a taste of their own medicine. lol I know that he couldn't do that in real life because of the obvious risk that they would be killed accidentally with a stray shot but it definitely would reduce the murder/homicide rates real quick. lol I definitely like the way the judge thinks and I like how the community definitely bennifits from the criminal elements manual labor for the community service sentences.
