is it just me or is everyone else wondering why he has such a callous disregard for human lights so another words the only thing important to him is money not the fact that he's taking advantage of someone with an addiction and taking a husband from a wife a wife from a husband a father from his children a mother from their children does any of this matter to this animal they should take him out back and put one in his head and that's better than he deserves...

Way I look at it. especially in this case, I'm surprised a prosecutor has not taken tge chance to charge conspiracy to commit murder and if can be proven that what was sold could kill an individual, premeditated murder as well. It's a hard stretch. I say this because these dealers and such know what theses drugs can do. Being charged with individual counts based on the number of people that could have been killed. I know if convicted mist likely be overturned on appeal and possibly not, but definitely make its way SOTUS. If found that charges ofvthese can be brought, it could affect how dealers and traffickers are charged, if convicted and sentenced. knowing you could be facing murder charges for dealing may not stop it but may make those brcoming mules, and dealers think twice.

I'm proud of the officer who actually arrested this serial killer because that's just what he is. All he cares about is the Mighty Dollar he doesn't care about the children are the young mothers and fathers that he is killing all he cares about is himself I hope he gets life in prison without parole. Congratulations to the officer for capturing this serial killer.

@101011, here you go. The truth will set you free, line 12 read it and weep.By the end of his second and final term on January 20, 2017, United States President Barack Obama had exercised his constitutional power to grant executive clemency—that is, "pardon, commutation of sentence, remission of fine or restitution, and reprieve"[1]—to 1,927 individuals convicted of federal crimes. Of the acts of clemency, 1,715 were commutations (including 504 life sentences) and 212 were pardons.[2] Most individuals granted executive clemency by Obama had been convicted on drug charges,[3] and had received lengthy and sometimes mandatory sentences at the height of the war on drugs.[4]Obama holds the record for the largest single-day use of the clemency power, granting 330 commutations on i.willJanuary 19, 2017, his last full day in office.[5][6] He also issued more commutations than the past 13 presidents combined.[2][7]Constitutional provision

If it's so deadly and he's not the sharpest tool in the shed, how did he manage not to get it into his system.
