Every police officer in one Alaska city has been convicted of domestic violence, according to a new report. An investigation, published by The Anchorage Daily News in partnership with ProPublica, on Thursday found that the chief of Stebbins City Police Department and all six of his officers have pleaded guilty to domestic violence within the past decade.
