Sheriff's Office called to two more river rescues

The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office recently responded to two more river rescues. On Friday, July 12, at about 8 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office responded to three females who had been stranded while tubing on the river near Freeport. They were all able to get out of the river without injury. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Decorah Police Department.
