Shore goers will want to be careful this weekend, with beaches across the mid Atlantic reporting dangerous heat conditions over July 19-21. With a heat index over 100 degrees, the beach won’t be the summertime respite it usually is over the next few days. The worst of the hot days will be on Saturday, with temperatures in the 90s. Oppressive levels of humidity, however, will make it feel like it is more like 100 degrees. Rehoboth Beach in Delaware will be one of the hottest around the Jersey Shore and Delmarva beach areas, with a RealFeel temperature of 107 degrees on Saturday, according to Accuweather.

If I were in a area with a lot of heat wave I'd probably have a heat stroke
