Two brothers in Texas were thrilled to catch a tiger shark measuring nearly 12 feet during a fishing trip in Corpus Christi over the weekend. On Sunday morning, Andrew and Stephen Seaborn, of Team Seaborn Fishing, proudly nabbed a female tiger shark measuring 11 feet, 11 inches while fishing off Bob Hall Pier, Houston Chronicle reported.

User from TX: Nice catch and super cool y’all released it back into the Wild.!!

king harper: That is amazing and kinda' scary. We like to stay just down the beach at the Island House. I have surf fished on the beach many times in waist deep water. Don't think I'll be doing that again though.

Oscar Horn: I've fished that pier many times congrats nice catch

Cass Johnson: The brothers are indeed Seaborn! I walked that beach for years from Whitecap Blvd. down to Bob Hall Pier. Saw the Pier down to nubs after Hurricanes ramble through. Scared to death one day walking looking down as usual for seashells. Looking up to see 2 side by side water spouts heading into land with no where to run. And the smell of the resides, ugh. I remember my son and I driving down P.I. to the National Seashore. We drove there to get buckets of seashells for my garden area. THAT IS WHERE I saw the Shark Fins. I could not believe how many and so close to shore. There is no mistaking a Sharks Fin up out of the water! All day long we were the only people on that beach. It goes on forever... Shark after Shark seen. Congrats guys...way to go!😊👍
