Clayton man charged with reckless endangering for firing gun in Magnolia, shooting his own car

A 23-year-old Clayton man was charged with firing off a gun in Magnolia, Delaware State Police announced Monday. According to authorities, troopers were dispatched to the South Draper Circle on July 14, 2019, around 9:30 p.m. for reports of shots fired by a man ultimately identified as Andrew J. Wharff. A woman told officers several individuals arrived at her residence by car and a verbal argument ensued.
