An Indiana 7-year-old girl playing with other children at a campsite is recovering after she was bitten by a copperhead snake. The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) reports the girl was playing at a campsite at Brown County State Park on Saturday night when she was bit on the ankle.
Edward Estes: I am glad that she is doing well as I love Brown County.....and Nashville. You just have to be careful....because there are many critters that can harm you
Cory Ballinger: that's a rattlesnake not a copperhead.
Dalton Fields: why should I beleive the news when they have the wrong picture of a copperhead
Darla Christenberry: Unfortunately, the park department releases so many of these each year into the state forests and this is what happens. Such a shame, praying for a total recovery for the little girl
Bino Watkins: God is good amen
