A Pennsylvania woman who falsely accused two State Police troopers of rape was sentenced to just 23 months in prison for her crimes. She likely won’t even serve the full sentence.

marines 4 trump: I think crimes like this where you falsely accuse people you should have at least a minimum five-year mandatory sentence.

Johnny Mangiel: Let's Jack up the penalty to false accusations. I'm certainly the victim of such accusations and I think they should get the maximum penalty the accused would have gotten. Oh, and #MeToo eats a big d!ç×

Ann Blasengame: Any woman falsely accusing any man of rape or sexual misconduct should be imprisoned period...

Black Wolf: There is further reaching damage than the the unjustified hardships places on the accused. Unfortunately false rape allegations cast doubt on rape allegations in general. It should never be like this, each case is its own deal BUT I believe the more false allegations that get thrown around, the harder it gets for a legitimate victim to convince folks she is NOT like the others. This is a tragedy for sex abuse victims. Women who do this are hurting other women :-(

DUCS: she is still a liar and in the future will be looked upon as such ...

She looks like a meth head and women who falsely accuse rape should get as long as the rapist would have. What a gross human

why is everyone shocked that she's getting off so light after the injustice in Chicago with Jussie Smollett. This liberal approach that every accuser has to be believed has created this mess.

She should be charged with more time.

Change the law. It should be the same for all members of society. It's horrible when rape is minimized. It's equally deplorable when someone makes false accusations.
