Let’s commiserate with a round of drinks at Tom Tom later today. After nine wickedly funny and dramatic seasons on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, inaugural housewife Lisa Vanderpump has decided to depart the show to pursue other glittery (and hopefully tasty) endeavors. She confirmed the news in a video Instagram post on Tuesday afternoon, writing, “The Pump has left the building. Thank you for all of your support for nine years.” Vanderpump is arguably the most prolific “housewife” in the franchise’s history on Bravo, thanks to being a regular on every season of RHOBH (along with Kyle Richards) until now, as well as successfully transitioning to her own spinoff show, Vanderpump Rules, which revolves around the very amusing inner workings of her Los Angeles restaurant SUR.
