ST. GEORGE, Utah — Macin Smith disappeared nearly four years ago from his home in the Little Valley area of St. George, and despite numerous search efforts by volunteers and professionals, there has been no trace of the 17-year-old boy.

Peacedog Santa Cruz: The FBI should have been called in the first week. These small town police forces are unprepared to investigate missing persons cases. They attack the traumatized parents and point the finger at them, when they can't competently do a proper investigation.

ChrisTina Garner: should have give them lie dector test and cops played each other against each other..he said it was and vice versa..

Obviously the police know something they're not telling the public! They aren't gonna just suspect them for no reason, something in their story is out of place. I wouldn't put it past them, these days it seems to be the thing, for parents to kill or abuse their kids. I hope I'm wrong, but either way, I hope hes found safe.
