Appleton man indicted in armed bank robbery

(WLUK) -- An Appleton man is facing federal charges in the armed robbery of a bank last month. Xengxai Yang, 19, was arrested shortly after the March 15 robbery at the federally insured Community First Credit Union on W. Spencer St.
