WEIRTON, W.Va. — A shots’ fired incident in Weirton caused an uproar in the Orchard Street area on Wednesday night. A multitude of calls rang into the 911 center from neighbors between the 3300 block and 3600 blocks of the street, causing confusion among first responders.
