LOGAN - Fairs and festival season will be in full swing soon for Logan County.The City of Logan's West Virginia Freedom Festival will enter its 20th year this summer, and will take place July 5 to 7 in the downtown.On Thursday, July 5, Logan will welcome Tusk, a Fleetwood Mac cover band.
