Teen, 15, charged in shooting death of Emporia man

EMPORIA, Va. (WRIC) -- Authorities say a 15-year-old is charged with committing first-degree murder, according to the Emporia Police Department. On Feb. 14, police responded to a home in the 600 block of Clay St. where they found 20-year-old Jaquan Crumpler suffering from a fatal gunshot wound.
