Police ID two killed in Chesterfield wrong-way crash

Matthew E. Monse, 36, of Huntsville, Ala., and Carla F. Swift, 36, of the 8600 block of Turnerville Road in Chesterfield, died in a crash that occurred in the 23500 block of Hull Street Road at about 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
