One killed in rollover crash outside Roscoe Saturday morning

Jessie Victor Muñoz, 43, was killed after he lost control of the pickup he was driving on County Road 274 about one mile east of Roscoe at 8:07 a.m. Saturday, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
