64-Year-Old Abilene Man Indicted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child
ABILENE, TX -- A Taylor County Grand Jury indicted an elderly man for continuous sexual assault of a child over a 5-year span. Arthur Rocha, 64, was indicted after police say he molested an 11-year-old girl. The abuse ended after the girl turned 16, according to documents obtained by KTXS.
