Woman charged after man stabbed to death at West Knoxville restaurant
Deputies say Rickeena Hamilton, 38 and Timothy Cox, 22, got in a fight inside Bull Feathers, located at 10535 Kingston Pike. As they were leaving, Hamilton stabbed Cox with a knife.
