Woman charged with selling marijuana when customers found outside home
Jo Leah Donnelly, 40, 478 Lee Dr., is charged with one count each of felony possession of marijuana for sell and possession of marijuana for delivery, according to Deputy Zach Gilpin’s report. She was booked at the Justice Center and placed under $10,000 bond.
