Rollover on 111 blamed on deer

According to a preliminary incident report, James Nelson, 65, of Cookeville, was driving a 2014 Ford Fusion northbound on Highway 111 when, at the crossover with Wilmouth Road, he encountered what he thought to be a deer in the roadway and swerved to avoid it.
