BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — A Bucks County man is facing up to 30 years in prison for selling the drugs that killed a Telford man. William Brennan, 21, was sentenced on Friday to 10-30 years in state prison for selling fentanyl-laced heroin to 23-year-old Lukas Titus.
