Youngstown murder suspect appears in court before new judge

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - A Youngstown man accused of a gruesome murder was back in court Friday, meeting the new judge who will hear his trial. Lou D'Apolito was assigned to the case of Arturo Novoa, but he retired in December. Now, Judge Anthony Donofrio will hear the case.
