The 64-year-old died Monday afternoon at CHI St. Alexius Health, Ramsey County Sheriff Steve Nelson said. The man, whose name is being withheld pending notification of family, was trying launch his boat into Six-Mile Bay when the wind pulled the watercraft out onto the lake, Nelson said.
