Lincoln County homeless woman charged after stealing car

LINCOLN COUNTY — A homeless woman was charged after police say she stole a truck from a woman who was letting her stay with her. Rashida Foster, 40, was charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle, according to a release from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
