A Kannapolis man has been charged with sexual abuse of a minor, according to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office. David “Neil” Brown, 52, was arrested Sunday, Feb. 10, on charges related to the sexual abuse of a girl during the two past years, the sheriff’s office said.
