Geneseo PD releases the arrest blotter for April 8th through April 14th. Lydia Volpe, age 21 from Locust Valley, NY was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and grand larceny on Main Street. Volpe is scheduled to appear in Geneseo Village Court on May 7.


N.Y. man admits to credit card fraud

PORTLAND — A New York man who used bogus driver’s licenses to open charge accounts at three Home Depot stores in Maine, and tried to open one in Auburn, pleaded guilty Thursday in U.S. District Court to one count of credit card fraud, according to court documents.
