ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) -- A 31-year-old man is accused of selling fentanyl and cocaine from the City of Rochester to Orleans County. Jeffrey Farrell was arrested by Albion Police and the Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force.
