Man fatally shot on Brooklyn street — police

A 23-year-old man was fatally shot during a clash in Brooklyn, officials said Saturday. The victim was on E. 94th St. near Ditmas Ave. in East Flatbush about 5 p.m. Friday when a gunman opened fire outside a residential home, hitting him in the chest and arm, officials said.
