Witnesses tell police man found in Applebee's parking lot was intentionally hit by pickup

Police said they responded to the area of Walmart and Lowes on Recreation Drive in the Ontario County town for a reported hit-and-run. There, they found Jesse Gettings of Prattsburgh, laying in the Applebee's parking about 4:45 p.m. Friday, police said.
