AMBOY, N.Y. -- A Syracuse man was arrested and charged with stabbing a man -- requiring emergency surgery -- after an altercation at a cabin in Oswego County. Shakim Graham, 30, of Syracuse, allegedly stabbed 31-year-old Eric Staring in the abdomen, according to New York State Police.
