Law and Order: Cone Street woman charged with two counts of grand larceny

Kayleigh Marie Perez, 29, of Cone Street, Batavia, is charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, a Class E felony. She was arrested on Feb. 21 for two crimes. In the first incident, she allegedly stole a debit card from Walmart at 7:49 p.m.. on Jan. 13 and used it at several locations.

Florida man who "wanted to stab everyone" in home invasion sentenced to 20 years to life

Warsaw, N.Y. – A Florida man who pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted murder in a 2018 Wyoming County home invasion will spend the next 20 years in prison. Michael Finch was sentenced Friday to 20 years to life in prison.

Family forced out of home after basement fire on Clifton Avenue, Batavia
