Nashua man accused of sex assault avoids jail
KEENE — A Nashua man facing prison time for sexual assault charges is free after he entered into a plea agreement on Tuesday. Antonio Smith, 29, of 111 Palm St., Nashua, was indicted last year on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault by a Chesire County grand jury.
