Jackson police have arrested a man accused of shooting and killing his mother in a grocery store parking lot Saturday. Terry Huchen, 33, has been charged with murder in the shooting death of 51-year-old Ronia Rodgers, JPD Sgt. Rodrick Holmes said in a news release.
