DETROIT (WXYZ) - The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office has charged Albert Weathers, 46, of Sterling Heights, with the murder of Kelly Stough, 36. Stough, a transgender woman, was found dead by police in the area of East McNichols and Brush streets on Dec. 7.
