Deja vu: Saginaw home struck by SUV again
SAGINAW (WJRT) - (02/22/19) - Talk about deja vu. For the second time this year a Saginaw home was struck by an out of control SUV. The home sits at the corner of North Carolina Street and Davenport Avenue along a curve.
