A Macomb County man has been charged in the shooting death of a transgender woman. The body of Trishtan "Kelly" Stough, 36, of Detroit, was found Dec. 7 by a Detroit police officer on East McNichols Street at Brush Street. She had been shot the previous day, authorities said.
