A lengthy investigation into cocaine trafficking Livingston County has led to several arrests in Mount Morris. Sheriff Tom Dougherty says several law enforcement agencies including the Livingston County Drug Task Force and the FBI conducted raids and arrested four Mount Morris residents last night.
