Louisiana authorities ID woman found in submerged car

MONROE, La. (AP) — A woman found inside a submerged car in Louisiana has been identified. The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office says the victim found Saturday in floodwaters in Calhoun was 80-year-old Patsy Meeks, of Calhoun.

Monroe man killed in hit and run in Ouachita Parish
