Governor Bevin signs law, gives first-time DUI offenders two options
FRANKFORT, Ky. (WYMT) - Kentucky joins 32 other states now that Governor Matt Bevin signed Senate Bill 85 into law. First-time DUI offenders will be given two options. They can either lose their license for nine months or use an ignition interlock device.
