MANCHESTER, Ky. (WYMT) - A new issue beyond flooding has hit Manchester. Officials there said erosion, likely from all of this week's rain, cause a water line break Thursday. Earlier, they asked people to conserve water, but for now it does not appear to be as bad as first anticipated.
