Walhalla man charged with attempted murder in knife attack
OCONEE Co., S.C. (WSPA) -- A Walhalla man accused of cutting another man across the face with a knife has been charged with attempted murder. Oconee County sheriff’s deputies arrested 36-year-old Matthew Carlton Moss on outstanding warrants Friday after a traffic stop.
