The Richmond County Coroner's Office, Sheriff's Office and the Augusta Fire Department are investigating a fire that left one person dead. According to Coroner Mark Bowen, Hubert Lee Bailey, 77, died in a fire on the 2000 block of Ellis Street. Bailey was pronounced dead at 5:50 a.m.
