Police release video of motorist suspected to have been involved in fatal hit-and-run
The fatal crash, which killed William Boyer, occurredsometime between 3:15 a.m. and 3:45 a.m. Saturday on southbound U.S. 13, south of Plymouth Road. Investigators have said a white SUV, traveling southbound on U.S. 13, in the area of the 9000 block of South DuPont Highway, struck Boyer's bicycle.
