Family, police identify teen who was found shot in crashed vehicle

HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) - Detectives in Hartford are investigating an early-morning homicide that involved a teenage victim. Family members at the scene identified the victim as 16-year-old Felipe Lopez. Hartford police later confirmed the identity.
