Missing man dies in canal crash
Felipe Avalos Segundo, 27, of Willows, was driving a 2015 Toyota north on a levee road about a half-mile north of Highway 162, according to a news release from the California Highway Patrol. “For unknown reasons” the vehicle drifted left off the levee into the canal.
