Eagles Close Out week with Conference Win

Paris Express - 03-20

The Paris baseball team is going through their growing pains under new Head Coach Bob Coker. The young guys are developing and making adjustments through a sometimes frustrating process. They went on the road to Scranton Monday night and once again saw a single half inning be their demise. The Rockets drove in 6 runs in the bottom of the 4th inning, and though Paris battled back with 3 in the 5th, Scranton held on for the 8-4 win. Blake Martines had three hits and a stolen base, while Destin Davis had two hits and three RBIs. Paris stole five bases on the evening, continuing to take advantage of their team speed.
